Millarworld has officially started on Netflix with the release of Jupiter’s Legacy and while there are many must be anticipated from the Millarworld universe in the future, will we return with Utopian and gang for season 2? This is what we know.
The initial review showed the show down to a relatively mix of mixtures that should not be too surprising considering that it was negatively affected by pandemics, changes in the showrunner, and some reshoots that occurred earlier this year.
With what is said, the 8-episode superhero series exits now and if you are all over, let’s dig season 2.

Has Netflix renewed Jupiter’s Legacy for season 2?
Previously in a week before the release of Jupiter’s Legacy we issued a report that said that the show was given an update based on Mark Millar’s comments to Scottish publications, Herald Scotland.
Speaking of the Millarworld’s future on Netflix, Millar said: “Next year there will be Jupiter’s Legacy season 2. There will be a magic sequence, horror shows, and big spy projects,”
Which tells us that season 2 is updated and planned for next year (whether it means released or only in production is unclear), however, which turns out not to be the case. When we were corrected immediately after publishing the post, it was only the current intention for the show with the assumption received an extension.
It was supported from interviews with deadlines on May 6 with Millar saying:
“Season 2 is up to the audience. We don’t want to get too cocky. All I see is we’re going into this incredibly bullish. We feel great about it. I’ve watched, even over Covid, I sat in edits every day pretty much and I never tire of it. So, fingers crossed people love it as much as we do.”
We hope to hear about the future of Jupiter’s legacy a month or more of May 7 as soon as Netflix has enough data. Considering the show ends in Cliffhanger (more about this in one second) and the overall scope of the Millarworld and how Jupiter’s legacy is suitable, whatever other than the update will be seen as a burdensome for the new superhero universe on Netflix.

Who will return in season 2 of Jupiter’s Legacy?
With the exception of Raikou (played by Anna will) we have to see the return of all our heroes seen in season 1.
In comics, many new heroes and criminals were introduced throughout and we could see some of the heads also included likes tornadoes, neutrinos, shockwave, light girls, king wood, automatic, jack frost and tattoos.
