New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the Congress could not digest BJP with strength and did not come out of commas even after his defeat at Assam, Bengal and Kerala, when he handled opposition attacks on handling Covid at a party meeting.
Overcoming the weekly MPS BJP meeting, PM Modi called Congress behavior “irresponsible and unfortunate” and urged its party to take the facts about the work of the government to the people, so “the opposition lies did not fill the emptiness.”
The prime minister “expressed concern” that the “Indera Rights” Congress prevented the party to do their work as an opposition, according to a leader who attended the meeting.
“Congress still has ownership that they have governed the country for 60 years and because of this they have not been able to digest the fact that people have chosen us. As opposition, they must take the problem of strong welfare people they do not do,” Prime Minister said as quoted as quoted ,
Congress, he said, deliberately created a negative atmosphere in the country, when in fact there was no shortage of vaccines.
“Congress thought it was entitled to power. It doesn’t care about the sliding mandate. It decreases everywhere but still cares more about us than himself,” said PM Modi about the opposition party.
PM was talking between the parliament, which was almost non-functioning since the early Monsun session yesterday, with Congress and other opposition parties protested the problems that started from the Covid crisis for price increases and scandals involving politicians, journalists and others targeted by Pegasus Spyware which is only available for the government. On Monday, PM Modi was interrupted repeatedly by the slogan-shouting when he tried to introduce his new ministers.
PM Modi said the Covid crisis was not a political problem but humanity and the government had ensured that no one was hungry during a pandemic.
It was a matter of worries that even today in Delhi, 20 percent of frontline soldiers were not vaccinated, he said.
PM Modi said that a pandemic like Coronavirus appeared after 100 years. MPS BJP must be prepared, given the third wave warning, he added.
He urged BJP leaders to go to a fair price store on July 24 and 25, when the free ration will be distributed, to fight opposition propaganda in the Covid battle.
