The effective Improvised Explosive Device (IED), which claimed the lives of 10 District Reserve Guard (DRG) employees and a civilian motive force in insurgency-hit Dantewada district, become planted underneath the street some months lower back via way of means of digging a tunnel through `foxhole mechanism’, stated Bastar Police.
