Cumulative covid-19 vaccine coverage reaches 23.88 crores

The cumulative number of the covid-19 vaccine dose given in this country has reached 23.88 crores, the United Ministry said on Tuesday. It was said at 13,32,471 beneficiaries in the 18-44-year-old group received their first dose and 76,723 beneficiaries of the same age group received the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine during the day.

Cumulatively, 3.17.37,869 people in the same age group in all states and the United States have received their first dose and 3,16,134 their second dose from the beginning of the 3 phase of the vaccination drive. Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal have provided more than 10 LAKH beneficiaries of the 18-44 year age group for the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, the ministry said ,

This total of 23.88,40,635 beneficiaries includes 99.95,552 health workers who have taken the first dose and 68.91,662 such workers who have taken the second dose. As many as 1,63,80,521 frontline workers have received the first dose and 87,26,071 the workers have taken the second dose.
